Delivery, exchanges and returns!

At checkout, you can choose from the delivery options available for your region and see the applicable delivery times. We strive to always have all our goods in stock. Should a product not be available for immediate delivery, this will be clearly stated on the product and at checkout. If some parts of your order cannot be delivered immediately, please contact us and we will help you arrange a partial delivery or a similar item. If we cannot meet the agreed delivery time because the item is out of stock, we will contact you.

 

DELIVERY
After you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to you. Sometimes the order confirmation may end up in spam, so please check there if you don't find it in your inbox. Please read through it and check that all information is correct. When your order is ready for delivery from our warehouse, a delivery confirmation will also be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. We always try to send an order as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, you must collect the parcel/letter within 14 days from the post office, after which it will be returned to us. For uncollected parcels/letters, an invoice of 300 SEK will be sent to cover our costs.
 
 
EXCHANGE
All returns must be returned and received by us within 14 days of receipt as follows:
 
  1. Pack the item (still sealed) well in the same package/bag it came in. Alternatively, use your own packaging/box.
  2. Send the order form (the one you received with the package) along with your order to: Fairwithhair Josiander AB, Box 6077, 102 32 Stockholm
  3. Drop off the package at your nearest post office. Keep the receipt as the post office will give you a tracking ID. 
  4. Place a new order for what is desired.
 
 
 
RETURN
All returns must be returned and received by us within 14 days of receipt as follows:

Fairwithhair will process your request as soon as possible.
